What is your boxer afraid of? If anything...

[My Samson]

We learned last night that Samson is afraid of........basketballs?! My fiance was cleaning out the closet in the office and there was a basketball in there. He had set it on the floor and Samson saw it and started barking at it like crazy! We tried to just 'ignore' that he was afraid of it but it got to be so funny. He finally got up the courage to sniff it but when his nose hit it - it started rolling across the floor and he would go nuts, again. He'd eventually build his courage back up and sniff, and box at it but would run when the ball rolled towards him. He'd also run as fast as he could by it! It was the funniest. I wish I had a video camera! Anyway, it finally ended when we put the ball back in the closet.

I'd say the vaccuum, but I wonder if that's just complete disgust as opposed to fear. She jumps at it and tries to eat it up everytime I have it out!

..ha ha I would have to also say the vaccum. Everytime I turn it on Jackie gets all crazy and runs from it, then comes back jumping around it barking....its so funny to watch..

Dozer hates the vacuum, and Diesel hates brooms. They aren't really scared as much as they want to attack these things.

Napoleon is afraid of chickens.
He will bark and bark until they decide to pay attention to him, then he runs like crazy to get away.

Sadie is scared of nothing. Max is scared of EVERYTHING. The door to the basement, the baby gate, the mobile in my son's crib, the baby swing, the tv remote control and as I found at this morning, thunderstorms. I didn't know he could hop so fast up on to the sofa (he likes to have help getting up on to or in to anything) and he shook the entire time we had the storm.

Em is afraid of those bed buddies you can microwave that heat up. I had one on my face for a sinus infection and Em went balistic. We now call it his hot potato and my daughter chases him with it. Wil is afraid of anything that makes loud noises. She is very jumpy and skiddish with anything that makes a crashing noise, even on TV.

Rocky is strangely afraid of the cardboard tube that wrapping paper is wrapped around! You could just put your finger on it and he darts in the other direction. Paper towel tubes he is fine with though, I guess because they are smaller. It is the funniest thing.
