what is the strangest edible thing you boxer likes to eat

Zeus is an ice cube-aholic. Any time he hears the ice cube dispenser on the fridge he comes a running. He never it's them right away though, he like to play his own game of Boxer soccer with them across the living room floor before he eats them. I always give him a couple of ice cubes at night when I put him in his crate too. It is hilarious...we lay in bed and hear him playing soccer in his crate, what a racket! I swear that one of these days he is going to flip his crate over on it's side :D.

I just remembered Shannon used to eat birdseed. I had a little bird feeder (dish) in a potted plant out back, and she would eat it. :p

Nino is a tomato eater also. Whenever he goes outside he helps himself to the tomatoes and he always gets the ripe ones. He loves green grapes, green apples, green beans, and asparagus. He will only eat a strawberry if it has cool whip on it.

Trish, don't let him eat soap, please. I have heard that it is bad for their heart. It is supposed to make the heart beats quicken. Please find out before letting him have any more. I would hate for any of our pets to get ill unnecessarily.

My boy loves melon, apples and even garbanzo beans. He is a good eater and will try anything once. He also loves tomatoes.

Butch's big thing is bbq sauce. We had accidnelty left a plate ont he counter over night that I had to use as a platter. Butch countered surfed his way to it and I woke up to the sound of a plate clanging. He also likes his yogart, peanut butter, and fruit.

Our Cooper loves to dig under the fence and "reach" for the neighbours tomatos! Good thing my neighbours LOVE him!!!!!! Every Easter Cooper sneaks a basket of chocolates and flower seeds.. veggie seeds and a few other gardening goodies onto their porch! Just so they can grow them for him to gobble up!

As soon as Shirley hears the freezer door open she comes running to get her ice cube. If you forget to give her one she will paw you...she is very adament about her ice!

Oh wow! One of my boxers, Tyson eats ALL sorts of wierd stuff! :eek: I have often said that he is part goat. :D :D Both my boxers love fruit, esp. apples and banannas. They also love ice. Tyson is a paper hound. He will eat tissue, paper and other "unmentionables" from the trash can. Also the polyfoam stuffing from stuffed animals. Sticks, leaves, grass, man! I could go on.... LOL
