What has your boxer "ate" lately?

Last night I went to feed my parrot & I couldn't find his bag of food. I looked & looked & then finally followed the trail of sunflower seeds to my bed. Romie had somehow climbed the shelf & took off with a 2 pound bag FULL of seed!!!! Needless to say, the underside of my bed looks like a baseball stadium! There are seeds everywhere! I was too tired to suck them up w/ the vaccum so I just went to bed.

After I let her out to go potty this morning, I got back into bed & pretty soon I heard a bunch of racket. She had found a bag of (50) unscented votives & went wild. So now there are chunks of wax (with sunflower seeds stuck on them) EVERYWHERE! Holy cow - what a mess I have to clean up after work!!! Good thing I love her! LoL

Bella eats shoes it doesn't matter whose they are I swear that does it on purpose and no amount of scolding works, Bubba just sits and watches her do it or he will get into the fun because he knows Bella did it!

[Diesel Dog]

In the last few days, Diesel's when through a blanket, a doggie pillow(bought the same day) and half a shoe (happy his mom is on vacation) He's also been eyeballing the food bag along with a few other things in the garage.

my husband is gone now, so i keep telling him that he might not have a house left by the time he comes home. . .

that is not everything just some of the things that entered the path of mimi. we have got to stop her counter surfing

Rufus has been good lately but here is what he has eaten:

sticks
leaves
dirt
weeds (loves weeds!)
stuffing from his plush toys
fabric softner sheets
bugs

All in all, he is pretty good about not eating everything in sight!!

I stand corrected--when Bella is quiet she is doing something she isn't supposed to and I just went into the living room and she has a pillow with all the stuffing all over the living room and it hanging out of her mouth I tried to be mad while I was chasing her around the house trying to get the stuffing out of her mouth Bubba is just laying on the couch watching..If I didn't love them so much I swear!!!!!

[Dillon]

We are actually really lucky with Dillon. We've had him 13 months now and he hasn't eaten that much. This list is from the entire time.

2 cable remotes
2 books (just chewed the binding, still readable, but they must have smelled like daddy)
CAT LITTER "treats" Uggggg
Many the stuffed animal dog toys
A couple hair brushes (just teeth marks)

Sascha is always crated when we aren't home so she's really only every chewed one thing. Her crate is next to a chair in our living room, and I made the mistake of leaving my Fom pillow on the arm of the chair(that's one of those really soft squishy bean baggish pillows from brookstone). Well, I guess a little bit of the pillow must have been touching her crate, because when the BF and I got home that night, she had pulled three quarters of the pillow through one of the holes in her crate and chewed it up. That was last weekend, and we are still finding little styrofoam beads everywhere!!

Glasses

Ahhh, the prescription sunglasses jogged my memory of another one....last weekend Romie ate my dad's glasses. We were out at the pool & next thing we knew they were gone! We found them in a million chewed little pieces. I had to run to the mall the next day (saturday) & get them fixed since everywhere else is closed on the weekend & he is a preacher-so they are pretty vital to a Sunday morning service!!!! HAHA

Before I was "on" to this whole counter surfing trait - I inadvertanly left stuff on the counters...and the funniest thing is that it would always be junkfood I bought to cheat on my diet...

One time it was raspberry square cookies (that I love!!). And Bailey is a smart little bugger too - he hides the container under his bed...so I'm looking and looking for my 'cheat snack' and I can't find them anywhere - until I notice a crumb trail leading to his bed -

I just take comfort in knowing that my Bail loves me so very much - he just doesn't want me to cheat on my diet...what a dear....LOL

Boy they sure are cute - but not particularly neat about hiding their crimes!! :D
