hello...just a quick question.. i wanted to know what everyones thoughts wer eon pitbulls. My province has recently put a ban on pitbulls bcause of attacks stating that they are a dangerous breed and that has nothing to do with the way they are brought up. It was in 7 months be illegal to own, import,sell, or buy a pit bull, staffordhire terrier or an american staffordshire terrier. The people who currently own pitbulls right now must have them sterilized registered and muzled.
I myself feel that it is the way the dog is brough up that makes it the way it is. And by banning them.. thats just a band aid solution because the ppl who owned pitbulls will just turn to another breed (rottis or even boxers) and turn them they way they turned their pitbulls. And because of the ban, ppl are rushing out to get them right now whether they have the money to take care of them because soon they will never be able to get one which just adds to the problem.
I came across this test thing.. and i\the results i got just go to show what most people think... "pit bull" attacks may not even be by pitbulls... because I couldn't find the pitbull in the pictures..
