What did your boxer do?

Shakira has destroyed a computer monitor, cables and all, she has gotten ahold of my cell phone a couple of times and actually called someone and left snorting messages and chewed up the antenna, she completely destroyed her bumble ball, our backyard is a mine field, lots of power rangers and the list could go on and on, fortunately now that she is one she has given the chewing thing up for the time being, hopefully forever. ;)

Toffee is a GOOD girl :) She doesn't get into things. That said, she did go *through* the screen door one time when she jumped against it while trying to get the squirrel in the yard. I think she was as shocked as I was when she ended up in the yard!

Is this a popular name or what?! I thought we were original when we did that, lol!

The weirdest thing our pup has done was attempt to attack my boyfriend's empty boot, and still being a small guy, came running back with a boot stuck over his head.

I must have had a memory lapse! After I thought about it a while, I realized our Capone puppy has destroyed 2 phone chargers and dug through the trash very selectively until he reached a closed take out container still holding a bit of cous cous I never did finish. He selected it, opened the box, and I came upon him while he delicately dined - I said "don't touch!" which was the first command he learned, and I could almost hear an audible gasp as he whipped around to look at me with disdain at the interruption! He never has delved back into the trash, but he definitely did NOT think it was something to be scolded over.

They are lucky they're cute, aren't they?

Charlie Paper by himself is not that into destroying things. He was when we first moved out to CO back in August, but has since been crated while I'm gone. However, when he's with Nai'a (my boyfriend's Staffy) there isn't anything the two of them won't get into. The two of them have destroyed several stuffed toys, a DVD remote, a basket, a couch, several pillows, and spread trash around my boyfriend's entire backyard (but they had the help of my other friend's husky/border collie pup). Nai'a and Charlie Paper cannot be trusted together. Nai'a is the ringleader, but Charlie is a sheep, and will follow the crowd...

Jake was never destructive......except he was left out for about 8-9 hours and I think he was just 'anxious' waiting for us to come home and nibbled on the windowsill where he lays looking out the front window.........2-3 inch chunk was missing!

Roxy has a fascination for eating Q-tips ( I recently got a trash can with a top, she's not very happy about that). That's all she gets in to now, but when she was a puppy she ate my roomate's cell phone, couch, shoes (basically anything of hers, can you tell she didn't like her?), the carpet in a rental house, remotes, tons of my shoes, I could go on and on.

So this time around I use a crate. Bailey just likes to have a rodeo party on my bed with the pillows and a huge stuffed care bear, and she eats all the plants in the house. Using a crate has saved me hundreds I'm sure.

We leave our 6 mos old boxer, Tabby, in the laundry during the day when we are both at work. Stupid me..I left a pair of shoes on the washing machine. Tabby got ahold of one of my shoes and pooped in it! And then she managed to pick up the linolium off the floor and shred it and also chewed a hole in our wall. By the time I got home from work, I couldn't even open the door due to the floor (linolium) being lifted off the ground. She must have some serious seperation anxiety or just plain boredom! Either way...she is now back in the crate.

Savannah has eaten a frog. We were outside and I saw her chewing on something, so I went over to get it out of her mouth and it was a smashed frog! Yuck! When she gets bored or you're not paying attention to her, she likes to chew the paint off the baseboards and the wall and she has even chewed part of the panel around the door off.

Before Layla was a year old, I had the "brillant" idea to leave her out of her kennel, while I went to work. She was fine for a few days, but then one afternoon I came home to a living room full of chewed up foam! She had taken the cushion of the couch and opened it up and tore up the inner core! Thankfully, she was nice enough to use the zipper and never actually left any holes in the material. All we had to do was purchase a new foam insert. We were very lucky. So was she, she could have choked on the foam!

I had the same brillant idea and Muggsy did the exact same thing. He unzipped it. No material ripped and the zipper still works. I was shocked and after I yelled about the cushion I thanked him for being so thoughtful! :)
