Congrats! Falls weddings are sooooo pretty. Granted I might be a bit biased since I got married on 10/23/04 but it was amazing with the colors of the trees and stuff. You should go to www.theknot.com and create a page and post the link so we can "keep up" with what is going on

Oh girlfriend, I'm already on that site...as well as theweddingchannel.com...hahahhaha...LOVE both of those sites!! I always wanted an October wedding, so I will do whatever I have to to make it happen!! LOL...sounds a little bridezilla like, huh?? Uh-oh Jay, what have you gotten yourself into???

Congrats!!! I planned for THREE years before I tied the knot but it is possible to plan in 7 months. You will feel like your head is spinning but it is so much fun. I want to marry DH again just so I can have the whole wedding thing again. I love weddings so much. I almost wanted to be a wedding planner but was scared to make the step. Keep us posted and if you need any planning advice just ask!!!

Ok since reading your thread I just had to go look at my pictures. I posted 3 of them that show my flowers onto Frogs website. If you want check them out. They were basic flowers but turned out sooooo pretty. (I let the florist create anything she wanted)

actually, we're going with an oriental theme. My bridemaids will carry colorful fans instead of flowers. And my bouquet will be small as well, but hopefully we'll be able to find some flowers that have an "oriental" feel to them...

Jay and I love the oriental look, we have our apartment decorated with pretty shoji tables and pictures...and room divider with a pretty oriental design on it...my bridesmaids will wear oriental type dresses...i know it sounds strange, but some of the dresses I have found are incredibly elegant, and a lot cheaper than regular bridesmaid dresses!!!
