Phew !!!! thank God that is over , so glad it all went to plan .
Pam I feel your pain because I'm a worry wort too and I even get sad going to work sometimes when Roge put on his don't leave me face !!!

It was a long night as Skully couldn't keep even so much as water down. We were at the vet at 7am. They gave him fluids, an NSAID, and something to settle his tummy. So far so good. They wanted to keep him, but we decided the stress wasn't good for him. We are hanging at my mom's as we have a lot going on at my house today. He will get a bite of boiled chicken and potato later today to see how he does.

Oh nooo , didn't expect that turn of events!!!! I'd imagine it was a reaction to the anaesthetic ..
Poor wee fella I hope tomorrow brings better news !!!

Skully slept most of the day and started eating just a bite of bland food midafternoon. Each hour to hour and a half or so I doubled the amount of food and he has been keeping it down. It looks to be like Helen suggested, a reaction to the anesthesia. Hopefully we can both sleep through the night.

That all sounds promising Pam , hopefully he is coming out the other side now !!!

Skully is back to his normal crazy self and even back on his regular kibble. I am trying to keep him somewhat calm, but as we who have boxer family members know that is always a challenge.
