Weirdest thing your boxer ate?

Buffy has eaten clothes. The ate a pair of underwear once. I only found this out when she "released" it out the other side. She did this with a couple pairs of socks too before.

Luckily, Pharoah hasn't eaten anything quite like this and I hope he never does. I am just glad Buffy got them out of her system easily enough and didn't require medical attention.

Gintys tomatoe plant.........

One year I grew cherry tomatoes.............. I couldnt understand where the tomatoes were disappearing too..... SLUGS EATING THEM OR BIRDS..........OH NO GINTY
we watched her one afternoon..... knocking the ripe tomatoes off with her paw........ chasing them around the garden..... and then GULP down they went. So every year Ginty has her very own tomatoe plant........... The worst thing shes eaten is CAT POO..... but since chasing the cat high up into a tree........ the cat does not visit our garden now.

Becareful with tomatoe plants. The red ripe fruit is okay for them to eat, but... the green unripe fruit, the vine, and leaves are toxic to dogs!

I did not know the green fruit was toxic to a dog............ BUT........ I have only ever seen Ginty eat the ripe tomatoe............ the clever old girl ......... must know:D :D :D :D

Bella & Baxte eat everything in sight!

I think the worst was the bird they caught... I hear one barking.. open the door and low and behold both of them have snouts full of feathers.. there were feathers everywhere, hubby had to go and dispose of the poor bird. Fortunately no slurping kisses that night!

The other day i was playing with Boris and was fooling aroung with a little round stone.at one point it got pretty close to him,he smelled it and apparently liked it cause he devoured it

Lacy used to eat her own poop.... disgusting... Mulligan once ate a baby bottle nipple (it went in whole and came out in the back yard the same way)... My mom's dog Zoie ate a 5 lb. bag of raw potatoes (she layed around for a day with the saddest look on her face, like "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!)

OMG

It's crazy, the devil child just yesterday discovered cat poop and a cat, neither of which he's encountered before. He loves to roll in the poop more than eat it, far as I can smell. Two baths in one day. Now I know why cats use litter boxes. YUK YUK YUK Since these are surely wild cats, can he get a disease? :(

My girl Brandi ate a wrapper that a roasting chicken comes in:eek: Unfortunately it did not come out the other end:( .. Scared me half to death, i now know where all the new grey hairs keep coming from. The vet loves to see us .. But i now have a dog proof trach can:D .. Hopefully will never have this experience again, ever seen a bag inside your dog on x-ray?? it is not a pretty sight:eek: .. But she also loves to try to get the twist ties off the bread, we make sure none is left out on the counter for those surfing episodes!!!

Edible Jewelry?

One time when Bella was a lot younger, she went to visit my parents. As she ran up the stairs to see all of us, I bent down to give her a big hug and kiss. She was SOOOOO excited to see me (it had been about 15 minutes since she saw me!) she jumped up and inhaled one of my beautiful earrings that my boyfriend got me for christmas! At first we were all looking around for it, thinking that she couldn't have eaten it. She didn't chew on it or anything, just right down the hatch! We thought she ate it but weren't sure so we kept an eye out in her poop. The problem was, the earring was a hoop earring that she obviously had to unhook to get it out of my ear so the post was sticking out! So she could have been seriously hurt if the earring moved around in there the wrong way. She had to go to the vet a few days later and needed a stool sample. We brought one and had the doctor x ray her for the earring. NOTHING! We still weren't sure as to what happened to it. Then, the day after the visit to the vet, we get a call from his assistant. She found the earring in the stool sample! :eek: :eek: Needless to say, we got the earring back and NO, I will never wear it again!
