OMG! she is a pyscho lady!!!!! I totally agree that you should call the cops every single time you see her do this!! ALSO - - tell all your neighbors, friends, and even call the schools around your area. Make everyone aware of this lady!!! It might seem extreme, but better to be safe.

We have had a few really bad accidents around my town 1) a driver hit and killed 3 kids as they played in their OWN driveway 2) a driver killed 1 kid and injured the rest of his family just down the street from their house as they walked to get icecream. There can't be enough said to keep kids safe!!!

I hope they can stop this lady.

There are numerous neighbours that KNOw if this lady and her driving....I am telling you she is not all up there...i really dont know how she got a licence.
She is lucky she WAS in her car and did not get out...there is nothing i would not do to protect my kids!!!!!
In my eyes she tried to commit murder with a vehicle...why is the police not looking at it that way???they just basically warned her...there is a file on her already for OTHER things...she screams obsnities at kids just for walking..
I have a few neighbours that are backing me up already....but the reality still is she probably has to KILL someone for them to do something.
Unfortuntaley i am not willing to chance it...so maybe i do have to change our walks and go a different way....this is what happens when you do things right...the victim is always penilized as the psychos get numerous chances
as to the point of the camera....i already have o walk with 3 kids and NIna ...i think a camera would just be too much...i am definateyb thinking of pepper spray though and a cell phone
I took Karate...so i know how to defend myself....i just worry ...the kids are dealing with this too know....how sad...they are so innocent

I don’t think taking away her license will solve your problem. She already told you what her problem is, and it’s kids. If she really hates kids that much she will think of something else to do to them. (If you live near Toronto, the dog poisonings and razorblades at the volleyball courts come to mind).
If I were you, I would move… there’s nothing that can make you feel safe living next to a crazy person. It seems like she only has a problem with people in “her” neighbourhood; so if you move, you’re not her problem.

Maybe this witch needs to move to a nice senior community where kids aren't allowed. Maybe a friend can walk with you and video this wacko. Call your local tv station-maybe they can air the story and you will get some results. When she kills somebody's kid it will be too late. Glad you're all safe.

I might be evil and synical- but the police are not going to help you- its the truth the victims are always the one getting in trouble while the real criminals get chance after chance- I have seen it first hand (I have a friend that is probably the nicest most compassionate person I know and he is always getting thrown in jail for stupid non violent crimes while another (ex) friend has stabbed 3 people while drunk and starts fights everywhere he goes and has never even been put on probation) ANYWAYS...
You need to take this matter into your own hands- make this womans life as difficult as she has made yours. Of course you have to get creative and be smart about it. Maybe, since shes obviously paranoid, go take pictures of her house for no apparent reason when you know she can see you. Or accidently drop a glass bottle in her driveway, or some nails. If she ever has guests, embarrass her by shouting claims or calling the police for something she had done previously, so they may stop by and talk to her about it. Finally have your dog leave her some presents in her front yard. Make sure she knows its you, and maybe that will stop her from messing with you, since your not just taking it...

ok maybe not get your dog involved.... you're right it could become a war... sullivan so right isn't that why they call us "Massh*les" its ok, I think its "wicked" cool... anyways, sometimes it takes a little meanness to let people know you ain't gonna take it... I am buddhist so I am all about kindness but its the way I have always been and people love to take advantage of me-- some people just dont deserve kindness.

To be honest it is really scary...and NO i am not moving...its not like she is right across the street from me...but close enough.
Psychotic doesnt explain this lady's frame of mind.....I can handle me.....but like i said before...when i am with 3 children under 7 and a dog....and she is in her car 100km an hour its hard to defend oneself.
Now with the police....BIG deal they came and file a report...a lot of good that did....if this continues i am seriously thinking of calling a tv station or better yet get a petition with our street and send it to the mayor....i basically have to document everything....how sad....am i expecting too much not to hve my kids killed by a psycho when walking????she has messed with the wrong MOM....i will not be silenced or made fearfull...i am sure that is her goal...as she hides behind her steering wheel

My natural instinct would be revenge. However, I would take the safe route and call the cops as suggested. I'm not sure how good they're going to be, especially if it took them 3 hours to get to your house the first time, but messing with mentals is a whole nother ball game. You never know what goes on in the minds of crazy people. She's obviously not rational if she thinks kids are always watching her. Therefore, you don't know what she's capable of doing. Try and stay clear of her especially when she's in her car. That's what I would do. Now, if she pulled a stunt like that again, involving my furbabies, I couldn't say what I would do. Natural instinct would probably reign and I'd go after her. I know it's different when you're giving advice vs. actually having experienced it. I'm glad everyone is ok.
