Well my neighbour caled to see if we wanted to go for a walk....same neighbour that walked with us last night.
Anyways...i said are you sure....?she said yes...so i decided i will not let this psycho rule my life...we went the same way as we did last night.
THERE SHE WAS....showelling the snow....so my neighbour proceeded to take Nina from me( as she was the 1st one in our line) so imagine this here come a woman with a HUge dog...and nina right beside it...so she has TWO dogs looking and oulling like crazy(they are both two lovebugs but the PSOCH doesnt know that) anyways i my 3 year old in me arms and my other 2 are trailling behind.....well the psycho lady once she saw us went to clean the car and get out of our way
I was so close to telling her.....how was your visit with the cops????you keep this up and you wont have your licence....but i kwpt my mouth shut and just walked on the sidewalk
I am glad we did not go another way...as this showed her that i am not willing to change and i am not afraid
my neighbour suggested that we always go for the walks together...as more witnesses the better...and if by chance i go on my own with the kids i will go another route.
I know this is just the begginning...like i said before she is messing with the wrong woman here....my KIDS ...fur or skin are my LIFE....there is NOTHING i wont do for them!!!now i am off to have a nice glass of wineLOL

You go GIRL! First off I'm not a real big fan of kids either. However, I never want to seem hurt - ever! I'm glad you kept your composure as you all pranced across her driveway. Hopefully any further incidents won't happen.

First, I am very glad no one was hurt!! Second...I would be very careful with this woman. Even the police officer referred to her as a nut, with "mental" issues. She could be schizophrenic for all you know, and that can be very dangerous. As much as our inner-selves would love to handle this in our "own" way, that can just lead to more trouble for you, so staying rational is the safest for you and your kids...skin and fur! Remember now, she knows you have a dog and as Andi20 mentioned...mysterious poisonings of dogs is all too familiar.
I strongly urge you and your neighbors to video tape this woman. As a matter of fact, have one video taping discreetly as you and the kids walk by...everytime!! If you see her speeding...call the police. Have the bus driver keep a closer eye on her...give the driver her plate # just in case. If you become a pain in her a$$, but from a distance, the law will eventually get her, and HOPEFULLY (as frustrating and madning as it is) before she actually hurts or kills a child!! One good thing for now is that you have this officers word on your side regarding her comment about kids!
Best of luck to you in this situation...please be careful. Keep us posted. And...ummm...did I hear that there was a parade on your street featuring kiddies of all shapes and sizes...skin & fur??? I've got 3 skin and 2 fur!!

People really need to be careful not to take the law into their own hands. Say you just simply push someone, they fall hit their head and are seriously injured. A person really needs to play scenarios through to there conclusions, or it could be you who are in trouble. I’m a bit of a handgun fanatic and have a permit to carry. In order to pull out that gun I’d have to be 100% sure someone’s coming after me, and that fleeing wasn’t an option. There just isn’t any room for “I’ll show you who’s who”.

I'm not going to say do this or do that- everyones situations are different. I am just speaking from experience I always tried to do the "right thing" by asking the police for help in situations or whatever else- this just hasn't worked for me. My whole life I have been walked all over and nobody helps me. I have learned that if you need something to be done, the only way its going to happen is if you do it yourself. Everybody confuses kindness for weakness, and every once in awhile, its ok to show people that you are not going to lay down and take it. Even by simply walking by this ladys house again after this experience is showing her. It only contributes to her psychoness if people show they are afraid- and guess what- police are not going to help. Its almost impossible to get her for what shes doing- even if you have a videotape she can probably claim invasion of privacy. The only way the police are going to do anything is if they see her doing something like this- and what are the chances she will try to run kids down with cops around...
Do what you will... and I wish you luck on any way you wish to handle this- but the law is crazy and there are so many loopholes, only you know what can be done...

Not trying to sway anyones opinion in any way...

I think it all has to do with the environment in which you reside. Here in Vegas...if you call the cops or wait for the cops...it's too late. They either make things worse or get someone killed! And to be quite honest...it's always the victim that get the ugly end of the stick.

I sometimes/most of the time...am for taking matters into your hands. To a point! I don't believe in physically hurting someone...as I am more of a "use your mental abilities" type person! Get them back where it counts...make them feel small. Make your strength their weekness...which obviously isn't going to be hard since this psycho is already lacking major brain power! The best thing you can do...is go one with your normal, everyday activities as though she does not exist! Watch your back (so to say) of course...as you don't want to be caught off guard...but just show her that she is not powerful enough to push you around!

I can understand however wanting to make things VERY physical! I don't know what I would do if anyone ever tried to hurt Sirus! So...this is all my calm, rational, never been in this situation evaluation of what I would do. Take it with a grain of salt.

I strongly suggest you document (you know when the buses come and can videotape then and other times as the situation merits). Notifying the school district and its bus drivers is also a good idea.

The other revenge ideas may appeal to a certain side of you, but they're not bound to end up in anything more than trouble. She has mental illness as her excuse -- you don't.

This lady sounds like the old fashioned bully type. You know, they say. it only takes one time to stand up to them, put them in their place, shut them up, however you may seem fit, to solve the problem.

Once she gets away with it one time, not that you let her get away with it, there's not much you can do when she's in her car, which to me suggests she's not such a bad a** anyway, anyway, once she FEELS like she got away with it, she will try again.

I dont blame you at all for what you did. How old is this woman? Could you, you know, let her have it without feeling guilty over beating up an elderly person? He He for lack of better words. Next time, I'de drag her out of her car and show her the meaning of sycho. Opps! Did I type that out loud? Sorry, that's the mother lion instinct coming out of me.

But for real, talk to the school bus driver. Next time maybe she can call the cops and report her for trying to run them over. Then it will be clear to them it's not just some tiff the 2 of you are having.

Sounds like this woman needs to be put out to pasture.

OMG! I didnt even think about that! Geez if somebody did this in front of my hubby, Oh Lord, I cant even imagine. He's chased people to Home depot parking lots just for cutting us off.

One day, he got the shot gun out and waited for our neighbor to come up the street over an incident with his two 12 year old boys and Micah ( that happened on our property when they were tresspassing) NO Micah didnt bite but he scared them pretty good, then hubby said "get the H*** off my land" and so forth.

OOO anyway, what about hubby/bf? What does he say? One day at the bus stop this guy from up the road was going about 80 mph past our house as my daughter was getting ready to cross. The lights were on and everything. I had complained to hubby about this guy a couple times and this morning he was looking out the window. He waited out by our bush with a cinder block for a week hoping to catch this guy. I kept telling him we'd have to pay for the damage and he didnt care. Talk about crazy!

Finally, the guy ran me off the road one day in my yard, young punk kid about 18 years old, in a mustang his parents cleary got him, hubby finally went up to his house and it was cleared up real quick. He didnt have a car for a while, but oh well. He quite driving by our house after that.

Not that I'm suggesting anything - of course.
