I should know better than read these post at work. Tears are flowing down my face. My heart is breaking for you. My 7 yr old has cancer and I am facing the same decesion and know how very difficult it is. No words can take the ache away but just know we are all here for you...you will be in my thoughts and prayers....Rocky & Mom

Woody's spirit will be freed from a failing body. Run free Woody. Hugs to you and your family. The sadness you feel will be replaced with smiles the memories of Woody will bring...it will take time to heal.

Woody died peacefully this morning. He just looked like he was sleeping. I know that he is in a better place without any suffering. Now my family and I need to deal with his loss. I've been very lonely today at home. Woody was my shadow and I miss him being underfoot. Although, he hadn't really been well enough to be underfoot the past few weeks. The vet assured us that we were doing the right thing. He was incredibly compassionate as well as everyone else at the vet's office.

Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and support. All of it has really helped me deal with this.
