Oh dear, I feel just aweful for you, what they are doing is not right. I don't know if this is the same in the States but in Canada it's discrimination to tell you that you can not have a pet, unless it's disruptive or destructive, but I say fight them with every thing you can. Good luck and give Lucky a hug for me, I would lose my mind if I didn't have Tyson.

I am very sorry to hear of what you are going through. You are facing something so heartbreaking. If I were you, I would how much it would affect my credit just to say forget the lease and just get out of there. You can always regain your credit. ood luck with the apartment and the job. Although I have no advice that hasn't already been given to you, I just wanted to say to keep your head up. Everything happens for a reason. I know your strength is being tested right now, but try to keep being strong for yourself and for Lucky! I, like everyone else, am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Laura's right... I know it is a cliche, but I really believe this.
Like, maybe now that you lost your job, you could appeal to your apartment managers and see if they will let you out of your lease early. :D You never know... maybe this will be your ticket to getting away from that complex and moving somewhere that Lucky can be with you again, without any further struggles about that issue. One can hope!!!

Megan, we met a month or so ago at the boxer play date, I know this is a little late now but if you need some where for him to stay until your lease is up we may be able to work something out. I'll check back, sorry to hear about this ordeal it really bites.

Hi Megan, I've just read about your distress. I am so sorry for you. It seems like it never rains but it pours and I know this sounds off right now but try to stay positive. Something good will come from all of this. Lucky is very fortunate to have a mom that cares so much about him.
