Boxy Roxy
Boxer Pal
Thank you all for your support. It has only been since Feb 14th. She is progressing so fast and every time we think it is a good day- the next is the worst day. She keeps begging to go in her cage and we don't know why b/c she never goes in there anymore. That is from when she was a puppy and not trained.
She is throwing up a lot. She pooped all over herself today. Both of her back legs have completely given out now. She doesn't use either one and the front legs shake terribly when she is walking (with the support of us holding her backside up with a towel). She cant get herself up from laying to sitting w/o our help and when we do help she yelps in pain no matter what. This is the first she is even letting us know there is pain. So she lays there and cant move unless we move her and help her and then she is so unstable that she freaks out and goes stiff and starts shaking b/c she is so scared. To get her to lay down I have to wrap my arms around her and slowly lean her against me and move lower and lower and the whole time she presses as hard as she can against me.
She still kisses us a lot and smiles at us which is breaking my heart making this decision. We talked to the vet and the vet agreed this is progressing much faster than anyone expected. We still don't even have her test results back from last Thursday about the DM, which really angers me b/c they said Monday we would have them. Not that it matters now but we are all devastated. My heart is so broken b/c I really thought if this is DM we still have time with her..but whatever it is happened too fast.
