We have a name....I think!! What do you think about it?

Hello everyone!

Well, we've thought about it for many many days and nights, and have come up with a name for our soon to be arriving fawn male pup! (1 more month!) The only problem is, I've been getting some mixed reactions to the name...what do you think?

"Kalel" - This was Superman's birth name on his home planet. Kind of cheesy, but I think it suits a boxer...strong...quick...all that jazz!

So what do you think!

I love it. I think it will fit him really good. It will be interesting to see how many superman fans there are when you say his name and they know where the name came from. I kind of wish I would have thought of it before naming my boy.

Someone (sorry, do not remember who) said in a post that they walked around for hours saying the prospective name every few minutes, before they made their choice. She explained that it was because when the puppy arrives you are going to hear yourself say this name hundreds of times all day long I like the name you have chosen, do you still like it after you have said it 40 times in a one hour period? :rolleyes:

My Co-worker is all about Superman. His baby boy had a heart transplant at a few months of age and they named him Kalel.

It's a cool name. My friend named her son Jarel, I guess it was superman's fathers name. That's a nice one too.
