Your news is so very sad - we were all so hoping that Lucy would pull through - it sounded like she was getting a little better. It is especially heartbreaking because she was so young and you had just brought her home. Although it might be difficult for you, perhaps in Lucy's memory, you might contact the breeder, as TossBranAbi suggested, to inform him/her to be aware of possible illness in Lucy's littermates. You did everything you could for your little one - I'm so sorry this happened to you and your family. Sending hugs and comforting thoughts. Godspeed, precious Lucy.

I am so sorry I haven't been here for a few days and found your post at rainbow bridge I couldn't believe it. (Tears) I know you did everthing you could for her. I hope you get through this ok and open your heart to another boxer when you are ready. Give Stella a big hug!!!

I Just want to say a big thank you from me & Hubby for all your support and best wishes...
Its very hard for me right now as hubby had to leave for work on tuesday to go back to the gulf of mexico where he works at sea... So I didnt have him here with me... it was also so hard that I had to tell him the news over the phone....

Lucy was only in our lives for a short time, but it feels like she was in it for years.... She really touched all of our hearst, especially Stella's!! To see them play and cuddle with each other was so so precious and now will be memories which I will treasure for the rest of my life!!

I know it will get better with time......
