Walking Again

Well it has been a month since we lost Brutus. I decided that it was finally time to get back out there. My girls had really missed there daily walks. I really miss him. He was very passionate about his daily walks. He always walked with a lot of pride.

The girls are glad to be back out there. Rookie has really stepped up to the plate. She is very aware of everything going on around us. While Gypsy is still just trying to make friends with everyone.

It is not the same but it feels good to be out there with the girls. I know they really need the exercise & so does there mommy. We have changed the route up a bit & I'm sure over time it will get easier.

Hard as it is, getting back out there with the girls is one of the best things you can do. Changing the route a bit was a good idea. Exercise will help you all cope with Brutus's absence. Best wishes!

glad to hear you and the girls are back walking, it will do you good to be outside and enjoy yourself, the girls need to be back in the routine. changing your route was a good idea, when we got spanky i used to go to the park and walk the same route i did with chloe but felt it was time for a change, like you i went a different way and we have a great time as im sure you and the girls will have. and i believe brutus is walking proudly beside you guys.
