Thanks for the thoughts and prayers, I'm THRILLED to say that Austin is doing GREAT!!!! He goes for another check up June 6th, but he seems happy, like he feels good and he is himself again!

Austin update

Austin went for a check up with his oncologist this morning, and everything is looking GREAT! His mouth is perfectly normal, no signs of cancer! He is very pleased and of course so are we. Since being on the 10mgs of pred he's back to being himself again, looking to go for walks, he's bright and alert and even chased a bird yesterday! They took some blood and we'll get the results of that on Monday. So for the next month he will be on the 10mgs a day, then for a month after that it's 10mgs every other day. If all is still good after that then the treatment is over!! Thank you all for each and every good thought and prayer for my baby, it means so much to me and I wouldn't have gotten thru this without all of your support.

Hooray! My heart dropped a little when I saw a new post from "Austin'sMom". I thought oh-no now what? Seems as though many of the posts I read today were gloomy. So again hooray! Stay well Austin! Hugs!
