well, I chose the username that I frequently used on another board that I joined several years ago. It makes it easy to remember because I have sooo many user names floating around for different websites.

'lirpa'--the 1st part of my username-- is simply my first name spelled backwards: april. This was a nickname of mine when I was a kid. My friends and I had this little game where we would try to pronounce everything backwards, including our names. Everyone had their own "backwards name", but for some reason mine really stuck, and people called me that all the way through high school.
The last part of my user name is '23' is simply the age I was when I started using that username. sigh--that was a few years ago, although I would love for that age to really be as permanent as my username. Anyway, I'm 28 years old now, so it does seem odd that my username has '23' in it.

Mine is in memory to our German Shepherd that went to the bridge in August 2006. Her registered name was Roxies Echo von Shue Haus. After we lost Roxie we got Bella - our first boxer! She's made such a difference for us that we will probably always have a least one.

My user name to many of you is probably really strange. I had been trying to join BW for a long time. Every time I would enter a user name it was taken and I was about to give up. So one afternoon I was entering everthing I could think of and started to type in cantfindlogin. Well as you can see the "in" did not make it. I was like oh no it took it. Oh well!

When trying to come up with a login name I thought to myself, when you think of Boxers, what word really says it all. I couldn't come up with one word but thought the phrase was appropriate.
When I registered, Beau was about one week old. Now that he has grown some I think we should have gone with "Big-Goof-Ball"
