Had a call from one of the women earlier asking me to send her an email requesting mums mental health notes and the coroners report so it is more formal. Plus she's going to try to get them to waiver the fee as I have already paid the NHS for mums medical notes.
Can't believe this has been going on since November now and I'm no nearer to any resolution.
