umbilical hernias, Urgent Information!!!

Picked up our new pup today and found out she has an umbilical hernia. I need to know how serious this condition is. Should we let her play rough? Any complications associated with this? Any information on this would be greatful. The breeder said that the vet would fix it when she got spayed. Any information would be great thank you.

It is defintley a small hernia maybe the size of a dime with a just alittle bulge. We'll Thanks for the quick reply.

If it is that small, it will probably go away, as she grows. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
