I take Zoe & Gus to friends & familys houses and couple of the neighbors who know them. They get quite a kick out of it. Yesterday after I finished the costumes I took their pictures with the pumpkins outside, people driving by were smiling & waiving-Try people you know first & see how that goes.

Bellie Belle

Boxer Buddy
My boxer stayed home, but my daughter trick-or-treated as a boxer! I dyed a sweatsuit brown, sewed on white fleece on the belly, fashioned a "twitchy nub" out of one of the sweatpants pockets, tied her beautiful brown hair on top of her head like ears, and used make up to paint her face like our Belle's. She was adorable! We went to a Halloween party the city put on. She didn't win the costume contest  but ended up winning a gorgeous bike when they drew for door prizes.

I took Titan along tonight as we walked with my niece and nephew. He wore a Halloween bandana and looked very cute I might add. He had the best time walking around and loved all the attention from all the other kids. He acted so good too- he would sit at the end of peoples' front walk and wait for our kids to come back then he would walk with them again. Not too bad for a guy's first Halloween with a family---now if only Christmas goes this well........but I"m not keeping my hopes up.........lol

I took J.C. with when I took the boys trick or treating(there's a pic of his costume in my gallery). He behaved really well the whole time and we got a few comments about it being cute that he was dressed up. I think most of them thought it was weird, but, so what! I don't think he will want to go next year though, he didn't get ANY treats!

Rocky went trick or treating with me and my boys and Mia the boston stayed home since she is not too sociable. Rocky did not have a costume, but we painted dayglow designs on him with washable paint and put some neon necklaces on him and he "glowed" in the dark. He was very popular!
One woman said his costume was great...that kid really looks like a dog (of course she was kidding) and my 6 yr old laughed and said we really fooled her or she is not very smart! Another guy said that Rocky's costume was either very real, or that is one ugly kid (again joking with a goofy grin). This time Christian and I defended our boy saying he is a looker (our current word for Rocky).

Rocky had a great time licking faces and wiggling his butt for everybody...the paint washed off very easily and he went to sleep snoring from his adventure!

We had a great time trick or treating with Coco. The neighbors loved her costume. She didn't get any treats but it sure spread a lot of smiles. There are pics up in my gallery now of the kids (skin & fur) dressed up. I thought they all looked great. Coco wasn't crazy about her hat but I did get her to wear it long enough to get a picture.
