Completely Boxer Crazy
Train your little ones early to let you mess with their feet. Baron is past the point of training and HATES it with a passion. Cricket tolerates it but doesn't like it.
Zoie, poor baby lets me mess with hers. She broke one off the whole way down to the toe Sunday. When I let the herd back in the house, I noticed a trail of blood and had to stop them all to look for who was bleeding. Turns out, it was her toenail on one of her back paws. It was the most disgusting thing I've seen in a while. It was torn almost completely off but was hanging there by a piece of skin. I have no clue what she caught it on, but I know from now on I'll make sure that her nails are nice and trimmed.

There must be something in our water... I have to cut Payton and Owen's nails about every 10 days. I certainly can NOT go longer than two weeks.
Now I have to admit that I am quite particular about them having short nails due to having all hardwood floors and overall foot health, but they still grow very fast.
My guys are out and about TONS and do lots of activities (agility, obedience, therapy work,...) so they do have the opportunity to wear them down, but that doesn't seem to be enough!
