Throws up undigested food: This seems to be a common problem, but no one really has an answer. I recently rescued a young boxer. He had kennel cough (we think, but the vet didn't confirm that it was kennel cough since his vitals, lungs, etc. looked good) when we got him home, lots of vomit, mucus, runny nose, and the runs. He has since been a lot better, but once in a while he throws up undigested food (couple min after eating) or white foam (when nothing is in his tummy). His poo looks good and he acts normal. I am feeding him Nutro for puppies (he was severly under weight) and am in the process of slowly switching him over to Nutro Max. A lot of others have posted similar cases, but does anyone have a better understanding of this problem as well as solutions? I have seen posts that we should feed him treats at night, yougart with his meal, or three times a day with smaller portions. Any insight is appreciated! Thanks in advance! BTW: The FLBR group is awesome, very helpful and friendly.
