Wow, absolutely amazing how someone could be so heartless!!!!! I agree with everyone, call the authorities and keep calling and keep calling. You will not get into trouble for calling over and over. It will force them to do something faster!!!!!!!!!! I know, we unfortunately get a lot of calls everyday about people and respond to those who keep calling faster. It is not always the right way but it happens.

Calling your local media is an excellent idea!!! This will especially force the authorities to take the situation seriously!!! Throwing a dog into a dumpster is animal cruelty and punishable by fines or prison time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with the others. Once Allie is gone, the 3-year-old daughter is probably next if it's not happening already. My grandmother always taught me that people (children and adults) who are intentionally cruel to animals are emotionally dysfunctional and psychologically unstable. And when I say children, I mean children who are old enough to have been taught (and all children should be taught) how to be kind to animals. I hope you hear something soon. But if not, I would definitely call back!

I just saw this thread and my heart is breaking for Allie. I literally gasped out loud when I read about him throwing that poor dog! I called him all kinds of names . . . none I can repeat here. He is lucky I wasn't there when he did that!!

Please keep us updated! Prayers for poor Allie--no dog deserves that! I am all for "permanent borrowing" too . . .
