The kids in my neighbourhood are little hooligans. Their parents just let them run wild.

We have a big flower garden at the front of our house with a pond int he middle. its abuot 10 ft by 10 ft. Its hard to water with a normal water hose set on shower. The only way to get to the back is if you set it on jet..but that breaks the plants. So my mom bought this "wand" as she likes to call it. Its an attachment thats about 2 feet long and then it curves down with a sheor head on the end so its longer and she can reach the back of the plants.

Well we left that on the front yard on the grass while we were in the house. In order for the water to run out of it, you have to "open" the shower head part by twisting it. About a half hour later my mom was in the kitchen getting a drink and she could hear the water running. She couldnt figure out why. She went to check outside...the attachment was gone!

So this was the day we found the pregnant cat udner our deck, while we were walking back from the neighbour we asked to hold the cat for us, another neighbour came walkin up to my Mom with her "wand" minus the shower head part and told my Mom he found it on the hill near his house and told us he saw some kids hitting each other with it. So he brough my Mom to the kid shouse, and the kids denied it until the neighbour said no i saw you then they admitted to it. So my Mom told them she wanted to talk to their mother..the mother wasnt home. SO my Mom said she wanted 10$ to replace it by tomorrow or shes going to the landlord. Well the kid was like "My Mom doesnt have 10$ to replace it" and my mom said "well neither do I but I spent 10$ on it and I want it replaced"

Well the kid brought the 10$ over the next day. What little hooligans!

neighbor kids

Funny!!! We have a little neighbor kid who is 7, and he stays home all day long with his 9-10 year old sister! (How safe is that!!??) But anyway...I came home from work one day a couple of months ago, and Tiger and I went outside to play. We have a 20 x 20 fence set up outside with a doghouse in it...which he NEVER uses (LOL), but when we went outside, I noticed that someone had shot the doghouse like 20 times with a paintball gun. Turns out that it was our little devil neighbor kid. My husband went to his mom and threatened to call the cops. So far, he's done better, but before the paintball incident, he set a part of our yard on fire!! Watch out SC jail...he'll be visiting before you know it!!!

Same problems here. The kids will steal anything!

I made a "clothes line" type thing that I clip Vegas to so her can run back and forth in the back yard. The first one I made had a clip on either end so I could take it down and move it if I wanted to. It lasted 2 days. I know have it bolted down on one end so it can't walk away.
I also had a big hard plastic ball for Vegas to play with. I forgot to bring it in 1 night and it pulled the disapearing act as well.

Its bad here, in our big garden, we had this little park bench. the sides of it were made out of cast iron, but the seat part and the back were wood. I think we had gotten it at a garage sale for 30$, but the wood was warped and splintering, so my parents spent about 80$ on wood and stain to replace the wood. Now this thing was HEAVY, it took 2 grown men to carry it. It sat in our garden for about a month, with the splintereing wood before my parents got around to fixing it. No one touched it in that state, but 2 days after we fixed it, someone took it in the middle of the night. That SAME night, our neighbours down the street had this statue of a lions head made out of concrete, you know the ones usually at the end of peoples walkways. Anyhow, his was stolen the same night our bench was.
