The Water Hose

Our Jada just loves "boxing" the spray that comes out of our garden hose. Do any other boxers do this???

Our Jada will be turning 1 next month....not what to do for a birthday party?

My male tries to eat the spray that comes out of the hose and our female likes to do the boxer burn through it.....its so funny...

I have taught Willis to drink out of the hose, but if we spray it, he is terrified and curious all at the same time... he wants to play, but is not sure about getting wet yet. I think he will change his mind when it gets really hot this summer though!

My guys are so silly when it comes to water. Mason loves to hate it. He trys to eat it and bite it and attck it while Duke trys to "stay" away from it. Duke will act like he hates it and doesnt want to get wet but he will work his way closer and closer to where Mason is attacking it and then we will squirt him and he will take off burning. Its so funny. :D

Lucy loves and i mean loves the water hose. She doesn't really box at it but she loves to get drinks from it. Of course she thinks anytime the water hose is on its for her. so it takes much longer to water the plants or wash the car anything that includes the water hose b/c every 5 seconds she is getting in your way trying to get a drink. She is silly. Any when its hot outside she will just stand there and let me hose her down. its pretty funny to watch

Rayne does not care for the hose full blast, she will drink out of it like a fountain when it is running slowly..However Kimber on the other hand is totally different!!! He does the kidney beans when he sees you with the hose in hand..He jumps, chases, and eats the water..he is just to funny!! He also makes chewbaca noises at it ...I guess he thins if he talks to it, it will play with him!!

We have a pulsating sprinkler for the back garden and Isabelle loves it. She follows the water around in circles biting at it all of the time, by the time she has finished she is soaked . She also loves her wading pool, we were filling it up today and she got in and was trying to grab the hose while trying to drink the water!

Layla loves to try to "eat" the water coming out of the hose. All you see and hear is her chomping away at the water, she loves it. As for the bday party, we had one for Layla on Friday and I made a doggie cake for her, had one of her doggie friends over for a romp in the backyard and we even had pics taken with party hats on! I'll post a pic of her with her hat on. Too cute.

Ruby loves to drink out of the hose and stick her head in it!!!

Our son made the mistake of leaving the bathroom door open the other day when he was going to the bathroom and Ruby must have decided she wanted a drink so (YUCK!) she started lapping it up. :eek:

Too gross! Reminded son to keep the door closed when using the bathroom.

how quickly they change!!!

Today was a hot day (well, hot for Calgary anyway) and Willis needed a drink i guess... i was watering the flowers and he started to drink out of the full stream. Then I switched the setting to see what he would do and he started to bite the water stream. I guess he just decided that he was missing out on something fun!!! It was toooo funny. He got soaked. I was mad when bf came home and made me go vote because it broke up our game of hose.
