Boxer Buddy
I have two 10 week old littermates. I didn't realize that getting a littermate was not a good idea until after I had them but would never give one away. Guinness, the boy, has an issue with latching on when he bites. I'm trying to teach him bite inhibition and trying not get too frustrated. From reading on the forum about hitting pups, I am definitely not doing that either. He and Bailey were playing and wrestling hard. I bent over to pick up a toy to move it away from the couch and he jumped up and bit my nose hard. It was bleeding for over 10 minutes. I'm trying real hard not to get angry since I know they don't know what they are doing. I yelped and walked away to get a papertowel to stop the bleeding. I came back over and sat on the ground still crying in pain. Those puppy teeth are sharp! Bailey and Guinness both calmed completely down and came over without me calling them and sat on my lap and just sat there until I was ok. They were cuddling and licking my face going from complete hyper terrors, aka puppies, to the two biggest sweethearts ever. I guess they can really sense human emotion. I am so happy to have them!
