Boxer Pal
My name is Vickie and I recently became the luckiest girl in the world when my boyfriend treated me to the most beautiful boxer pup in the world!

I have grown up with boxers and feel extremely lucky to have done so. Our first family boxer was the most perfect family pet you could imagine, she was impeccably well behaved, a personality to die for and was a stunning example of the breed to boot. Living to a fine old age of 14 she unfortunately succumbed to cancer (nampack dream once more.

Amber our second family boxer joined Heidi in her later years, full of energy and fun she was unfortunately an extremely anxious/nervous boxer and while superb with us found new people and environments overwhelming and sadly suffered from a heart attack aged just 4! (Marbleton ladiesmaid)

Megan (midnight kismond ruby) is our family boxer at a ripe old age of 11 she will still show any little scamp what she's made of. A little rounder than any other boxer I’ve seen, Meg certainly enjoys life. When Meg joined us 11 years ago she popped out of her crate an extremely skinny frail pup, extremely poorly the vet suggested we send her back as she wasn't expected to make it through the month! Am i ever glad my mum didn't listen to a word of it? After much love and attention she pulled through it on £15 a pot puppy pate and has never looked back. She is very much like Heidi in that she's a typical boxer, full of fun and energy and mischief but, their most admirable characteristic, brimming over with love. Megan is simply outstanding.

Having had such awesome pets, when i moved out a massive void existed. Meg is still my dog (though bought for my mummy) Meg and me have a bond unrivalled but as i say bought for mum so she gets to keep her. Though i have tried smuggling her out of the house many times, but get rumbled every time, usually due to a massive sneeze from Meg which seems to explode when she gets too excited! awwwwwwww bless, she's brilliant.

Anyhow, i set about my search for my own little bundle of energy. after 2 years of hunting i found a picture of this adorable pup needed a new home at 19wks of age, due to a relationship break up. having sat biting my nails and working myself in to a right state waiting for my boyfriend to come home (which he promised would be 5 mins and 2 hours later i was still waiting) i spun the laptop round and begged (well was prepared to beg) ... to which i got the reply...'phone them then' ... yay! i was expecting all the boring, we can't afford, and the place isn't ours, what will meg think, blah blah blah.... but no, he gave in without a flicker of a fight! so... after a 10 hour drive up the country, Kiki (Starlet Kiki Anais) was MINE! which is rather fitting as my surname is starr! fate! We are now inseparable. If you tried to find a closer canine clone of me it wouldn't be possible. Even I’m sorry to say down to her teenage acne (though mine is pushing it to call it teenage- I’m now pushing 27!). I'm officially the luckiest person in the world and i love her to bits.

She also has a boxer staffie cross housemate called Rusty, who is a rescue doggie, rehomed with us after being chucked out of his house, it is a mystery to me how anyone could abandon him, seriously, the word perfect doesn't come close, he's the most easy going, well behaved, loveable hunk of a man ever! and has taken Kiki under his wing. A luckier dog own has never existed; taking these two scamps out with meg is a pleasure, watching the three orange hooligans running around together is a sight to behold.

anyway, that’s me. I’ve never been happier and would recommend a boxer to anyone who has the passion for such an outstanding breed.

Absolutely loved reading about all your babies, past and present... Kiki sure is a lucky dog to have you. I can tell you are so in love with this beautiful breed, but let's faced it, who wouldn't be?

Anyway, welcomeicon to Boxer World.
