Thanks every one for your ideas! I always have the hardest time deciding. My husband has decided on Zoey. We almost went with Daisy, but our dog Dixie was responding to it, don't want to confuse anypuppy! Now, just gotta think of her registered name!

Zoey is cute, but I still think you could have gone with Lurleen (Lurleen Wallace), Julia (Julia Tutwiler), Helen (Helen Keller), Coretta (Coretta Scott King), or many other great Alabama women. Just Kidding! I live in Tuscaloosa, and also tried to think of a name befitting of a southern belle boxer, but we landed on Lilly. Enjoy the new baby!

Zoey sounds nice as far as AKC Miss Zoey of (and your last name is cute)
My thoughts before I had seen you picked out the name Zoey was after Patsy Cline. I thought Patsy to be a nice southern name.
