Today's the day!!!
Wooop de double woooop!!!..Well three long weeks after losing my absolute soul mate Millie Boxer, who has left such an aching hole in my heart,here we are ready to go on to the next chapter with our lifetime commitment to BOXERS!.
Desmond is on his way down from Hull in the north, and Ruby, his Mum will be meeting up with him for the first time in two months at the half way point. The Rescue volunteers will be filming their reunion as it happens lovicon .There are so many on the rescue forum desperate to witness their long awaited reunion, not least of all us, the new 'mum and dad'.
Really excited, but mega nervous too, hoping they like us, wondering if we are mad taking on two, etc, etc. I know our lives will be very different from now on, and our house will feel like it's bursting at the seams, but at the whole point is to reunite these two, and give them the forever home they deserve.
The rescue thought we were the best experienced people to home them...Oooooh, I hope they are right!
