So excited he pees ... on our visitors!

Joe has done this ever since we got him. He still does it and he is 2.4 years old. I have given up on him ever growing out of it. The best way we found to handle the problem is to have our guests ignore him completely until he settles down. I have two teenagers so it's not unusual for me to have 20 kids here at once. They all know that they can't even look at Joe until he stops trying to get their attention. Then they can play with him all they want and he won't pee all over them. I tell the kids that if they forget to ignore him, and he pees they have to wash the tile with bleach and water!
