I neglected to add eariler that my vote is difinately for early neuter / spay, say around 5 or 6 months.
The only reason not to neuter or spay is if you are showing or your dogs are part of a reputable breeders program or you are infact a reputable breeder. :D

I think the implants suggestion was a joke. Well at least I hope it was a joke.
I've never heard of anybody getting implants for their dog.
I don't think anybody in their right mind would consider getting them, surely.

I just have to say that getting a second dog for us did calm my first dog but now I have a different crazy dog Lily is now the hyper dog and Ruby is an angel. I think that may be due to the fact that he's maturing and Lily is still a pup. I definitely vote for a second dog. They play with each other, tired themselves out and sleeps through the whole night only to wake up 15 minutes before the alarm is set for. (Why can't I just get that last 15 minutes of sleep????)

Believe it or not, implants really do exist for dogs! :rolleyes: Why is a very good question. Some people have a really hard problem neutering their dogs. I think it's just a macho thing. Just think you can neuter your dog, but pretend that you haven't.

Following the traditional neutering method most dogs are depressed because they have lost a familiar body part. A dog neutered with Neuticles is unaware he has been neutered because he still looks and feels the same as before
