Sky is: Sky Bird (cause she would sit on my shoulder when she was a puppy), and Sissy.

Mina is: Mina Weena, Mina Pena, and Mimi

Chloe bless her heart doesn't have much rhyme, so hers is Chloey Woley, and my boyfriend (meanie that he is) calls her Cauliflower and Beep Beep (cause she's a little on the heavy side).
