sick molly!!!!

Hey guys

Really worried about Molly. Came home today and got her out of her crate. She ran down the stairs, we went out, then she came back inside and just started acting funny. Ears laid back, eyes big/wide, was staring at the wall acting like she was watching something- but nothing was there. She's been trying to throw up every since. Just a second ago she finally did and it was this crazy combination of white foam and yellow stuff that had the consistency of dial soap.

Now she's just laying around. I can tell she feels miserable. Friends just came over to visit and she only did about a 10% wiggle. Usually, she'd go into full wiggle overdrive.

HELP!!!

Sounds as if she might have been halucinating. Has she eaten anything she shouldn't?

Garvin does this sometimes when I'm a bit late with his dinner. Usually he wants to go eat grass as well. Food seems to solve the problem but sometimes it can be difficult to get them to eat. Some cheese or a boiled egg usually works.
Keep an eye out for bloat symptoms (poor Garvin is used to me regularly poking at his belly) but it sounds more like the empty tummy problem.

I tried to get her to eat some dog food, but she wasn't interested. So, I got some cheese (which is her favorite thing in the whole wide world). She just sniffed it and looked away!!!!! I'm REALLY worried now.

What is her condition like in general? I would take her to the vet if anything to put your mind at rest if this continues. Keep us posted.

She's just laying on the floor now. But she shouldn't be... we have company over... normal Molly would be up on the couch with my friend, giving kisses... It's obvious she feels bad. I'm trying to decide if I should take her to the vet.

Are her gums normal or pale? When you say she's just laying there do you mean she's listless.
Let us know if you decide to take her to the vets and what they say.

Uggg she's still throwing up. Now just the yellow stuff (bile). I can't think of anything that she could have gotten into. The vet closed at 3 today so we have to wait until 11 tomorrow morning to get her in. :(

She seems to feel better right after she throws up and then gradually starts feeling worse (lays down, pouts) and then throws up. She doesn't want any food or water.

What in the world is wrong with my baby!!!

Is she jaundiced at all? Check her gums, her belly, the inside of her ears - a yellowish tinge? Is she on any medication?

No jaundice as far as I can tell. Gums are pinky red. She just looks so pitiful! Ugh I hate this!
