Run free sweet angelicon baby.

Please let your Mom know that we all understand her grief and sadness. And our thoughts and prayers are with you and her.

Now your Dad can meet and love Sheba as much as you and your mom did. I'm sure they are both together and watching over you.

So Sorry

Sharon I am so sorry to hear about the passing of sweet Sheba..... 11 beautiful years.... she gave your mum....now its your dads turn.... I bet he was waiting for her at the bridge..... now they can be constant companions.

After my sweet Ginty went to the bridge....I had a dream that Ginty was running towards two people who were in the distance playing with a small puppy... yep as the dream went on..... the two people were my mum and dad and my tiny little Yorkshire Terrior...Mindy... What a sad but beautiful dream.... as they walked off into the distance.... I woke up.... feeling sad but happy.

Hugs to you and your mum

Sharon, Sorry to be late, but I've just caught your post....I'm so sorry to read your heartbreaking news, and wanted to send ((HUGS)) to you and your dear mum....
I feel you pain, the way you described Sheba's symptoms was exactly the way we lost our beloved Poppy Boxer...That brain tumour literally took her over, ravaging her poor old body (she was 13) leaving her almost totally blind, incontinent, unable to stand, and suffering multiple seizures, Oh how I sobbed in agony for what she was going through.. it's so terrible to watch, unable to help. I prayed for a miracle, and for a while I thought we were winning, but in the end, my beautiful proud Boxer had gone, leaving behind just a shell of what she had once been...Her spirit had already left her ailing body, and gone on ahead to Rainbow Bridge,... I knew the time had come to let her go.
My heart breaks for you, today Sharon, but like the others have said, she's in good hands now with your Dad, and I do hope that is some comfort at this sad time, to you and your Mum...Sheba lives on always in your hearts, her memory will never die, and she will always be your special angel.

Sheba, I know you have been carried on angel wings to a special place free from the heavy burden of your pain, where the sunlight warms your soul, and the softest greenest grass is your playground....God Bless angelicon xx

My sincere and heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your Mom on the passing of her Beloved Sheba - I am so sad for the both of you having lost a dear lifelong Friend who, along with Xena, came at a time when you had suffered a tremendous loss. Truly these precious beings are gifts, I believe it in my heart - I have heard so many wonderful stories, and experienced on my own how they come to comfort and teach us, and lighten our hearts. How blessed we are. Godspeed Sweet Sheba, forever loved and missed by your family.

Thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding. Yes, we believe Sheba is now in a much better place, free from her pain and once again the strong beauty she will always be remembered as. She will be standing next to my dad to greet us at the Bridge one day. She has left her paw prints permanently engraved in our hearts, and her memory will forever live on. My mother received Sheba's' ashes today, which starts the healing process for her. Poor Spencer, (mom's male brindle...Sheba's companion for the past 7yrs.), is going through his own grieving process as well. It was difficult for him when Sheba became sick. My mother gives him as much attention as she possibly can, to help him deal with his loss, which in turn I believe, will help her as well. They have each other.
It is important to my mother that you all know how much your kindness means to her at this difficult time. I'd like you all to know that it means a lot to me as well. It's very comforting to belong to a group that totally "gets" just how much these creatures touch our lives in every aspect. Bless you all.
