Ask the cardiologist if the 3 second pause occurred while Bentley was asleep. We were told it was not uncommon and normal. All in all great news, I'd say. I'm not exactly surprised as your description of his collapse was so different from what I experienced with my boy before he was diagnosed. If they did not detect a murmur at all, I would doubt that aortic stenosis could be the problem.
Of course, you still don't know why he collapsed and kicked his legs. Strange. I can think of other reasons for becoming dizzy and passing out briefly (vasovagal syncope, low blood sugar, low blood pressure from the cold) but the kicking part I have no clue.
