Searching for a Puppy - UAE

Am asking anyone out there if they could help me and my kids search for a Boxer Puppy in or around Dubai/UAE.

We have been here for 6 years now and desperately looking for an addition to the family and are looking for a female to join us. I really am not keen on having a pup flown over from overseas as it is really not fair on them to travel alone and for so long plus we ideally would like to choose our own little bundle of fun and see her with her mum!

Would really appreciate any assistance form fellow Boxer lovers out there to point me in the direction to others who may be in the region so i can add to the family of 1 dog (JAck Russell) and 1 cat....

I would check around your area for a rescue. I have seen some horrible stories on another site about the shelter conditions there, so I know there are rescuers trying to get dogs out of the dubai shelters since they are so high kill. That may be another option. Finding a good breeder would probably be a hard task. Wish you luck.

Appreciate the response - the shelters here do a great job with very little financial support and yes, the animals here are not treated as well as they should be.

I keep looking at the shelters for a Boxer but as yet no joy - when the time is righ she will come along looking for a home..thanks again!
