I'm curious - but like my chicken and steak!
On the other hand, real life says that high blood pressure, steadily advancing age (always a good thing!) and a few more lbs than absolutely necessary make looking at options a good thing.
Now I know that the most reasonable thing to do is watch the intake, maximize the physical, yada, yada, yada. And of course that works!
And it's mostly what I do and will most likely keep working on.
But, I came across the raw food diet when I was reading somewhere and it sounds intriguing. How do you make pies and cakes without cooking? Is it really tasty and beneficial? I know websites pushing it will of course say it's so, but in real life...has anyone tried it? Do you love it?
