Well I think I am going to just finish off the chain linked fence and see what happens. If he decides to start jumping it then I will get a privacy. Rocky LOVES to be outside and sometimes he'll go lay down and won't come in unless I carry him. So, I put him on his leash and keep an eye on him from inside. Thanks for the advice!
