So I put in another appliction for a rottie pup this morning. He's with a rescue in Indiana but the pups are in Michigan right now. They said they appear to be purebred and are only 4 days old right now and will have their tails docked. The whole litter, 2 boys and 4 girls were dumped at a vet's office (I will never understand people), so they are now caring for them until they are 8 weeks old and ready for homes. The rescue lady and I emailed back and forth a few times and she said I sound like I'd be a great home for a rottie baby. lovicon So keep your fingers crossed.........just look at that little face!!!!!

So sweet! It sounds like this one might be perfect for you :) Isn't it amazing how many possibilities you find once you start looking?

I'm kind of sitting and waiting right now. Long story short, these pups are in Michigan but were going to go to a Rottie Rescue in Indiana......that was where I got approved for him.......but then it was decided that instead of putting the pups through the long travel, they would go through a rottie rescue here in Michigan. So now, I just found out which rescue they are going with and I sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Before I submit an application with them for the pup, I want to make sure he really is going with them. At this time, he's not listed anywhere. I was told they probably wouldn't be listed until they are of age to go home, so I am trying to get info before they are listed. If I don't hear anything back by email on this pup today, I was given a phone number to contact a lady at that rescue. I'm trying to be patient and not bug her and give her time to write me back since I just sent her the email yesterday. Hopefully I will hear something soon. I'll keep you updated once I find out more.
