Boxer Booster
I wrote my story under the topic of seizures....well, Clem had an MRI to see what was going on and he wouldn't breathe on his own afterwards...the Neurologist said he had a brain tumor that herniated and damaged about 1/4 of his brain, the damaged part is in control of your breathing :( I'm such a wreck and I don't know what to do without my best friend, he helped me through heart ache and sickness......I just loved him more than anything....I just couldn't bear to see him in anymore pain....after the vet gave "the shot" I hugged him for a half hour, I couldn't let go of him at all......I just couldn't, I felt like I killed my dog and now was abandoning him, crying here.....crying all the time...woke up at 6:30 and cried, went back to sleep where I could be numb and "forget"....I just kept telling him that "Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Ron, Uncle Rick, Brett and me, we all love him so much and how he was such a good dog. He'll see my childhood dog and play together....:( I'm just so sad....he was only 4, going to be 5 in Jan.
:( now what?
Robyn...Mommy to Clem forever.....
p.s. my boyfriend and I bought a fawn boxer 6 years ago, we broke up, in that time I got Clem then we got back together, so Buddy and Clem were friends and now Buddy doesn't know where Clem is, it's very sad, I had to tell him that Clem was sick and isn't coming back :( I don't know how I feel about Buddy playing with Clem's toys or sleeping in his crate :( help...

. And I cried again - then again some more. You just take all the time you need to feel what you feel, darlin'. It will get better in time. Of course nothing can take the place of your pal Clem, but perhaps you may have a new pup to look forward to at some point. Best wishes.
