Completely Boxer Crazy
So apparently Miss Fiona has puppy vaginitis. I took her to the vet because she appeared to have a UTI, took her back 10 days later when it hadnt cleared up, they decided it's puppy vaginitis. Gave me some some Kenacomb cream which I've been applying for a bit over 2 weeks (admittedly I did miss some days) but it still seems a bit gooey and crusty. Ha anyone had any experience with this? Not sure how long to give it before seeing the vet again or if it's just a thing she is going to be stuck with. Also if anyone has advice as to wether to let her go through a heat cycle or not? I had intended to get her spayed around 6 months so hopefully before her first heat, but there seems to be some thinking that it's better to let her go on heat as that will get rid of the vaginitis and to early spaying may interfere??? Any help appreciated
