sterile pyogranuloma, prednisone will clear it up. Its a rair auto imune disease, hope its not what you have as there is no long term cure. 1/4 tablet every second day of predisone will keep it managable. good luck

TeKO had the same thing

My boxer TeKO had canine acne from 6-8 months. I did lots of research online and started giving him warm compresses twice a day and wiping his face with Stridex pads. Still, he had deep, bleeding pimples all over his mask. We finally consulted our vet and TeKO's acne was so bad that he had an infection. A round of antibiotics cleared him up, along with a canine acne shampoo!!

Also be careful because if they get to bad they could have a staph infection which can be really hard to get rid of.

Try some of the OTC products and keeping their face dry as much as possible and if it does not seem to get better I would advise a visit to the vets to make sure it is not a staph.
