Our thoughts are with you

Sarah,
I am at work this morning, but you and Murphy are all I can think of. I, like Jean have lit my candle to guide and light Murphy's way. My tears are falling with yours. May God Bless you all. Deb

Sarah,

Please know that we share in your grief as you help your sweet baby to the bridge. That last walk with Rocko was one of the hardest things I have ever done, but time really does heal all wounds. You are both in our thoughts and prayers.

Godspeed Murphy! Bev

For those Boxer Babies in the sky
Who have left our loving arms
Don't stop to ask or wonder why
Just know they're free from harm

No pain or fright confronts them now
They've left that all behind
They're embracing joy and freedom
And still live in our minds

Eyes are bright and seeing clear
Velvet skin is healed
Legs aren't stiff, and ears can hear
Our love they still can feel

Embrace their memory, hold it tight
Wipe away your tears
The Boxer joy that filled your life
Will last throughout the years

Think of them with happy thoughts
Say a thankful prayer
All those happy Boxer angels
Still know that we care

Thank you everyone for your support. Well, it is over now. My baby is no longer in any pain. My husband stayed with him while they put him down. I didn't want him to be there with people he didn't know. I however, wasn't strong enough to be with him.

I have never been so miserable in my entire life. I have never felt this much pain in my heart ever. I told him this morning to be strong and that he would be meeting BW fur friends that would make him feel welcome.

Thank you Bev for the poem. It's lovely.

He wasn't able to keep much food down but wouldn't you know it, the cheetos we ate last night must have settled well with his stomach. The power of cheetos. If I only would have known. We had mac and cheese for breakfast...his favorite. And we too broke the rules of dogdom and had chocolate too. Peanut M&M's.

At least he will not suffer anymore.

Please keep your prayers coming for the next few days, as these will be difficult for me.

Thank you,
Sarah

Sarah,

Please accept my sincere sympathy for you and your family. It is never easy to say good bye. And it does take time to remember all the crazy, fun times through the pain you now feel. Murphy is free of that pain. Both of you are in my prayers.

Tears are falling

Your tears I share. I had this heart wrenching chore 2 times. It doesn't get any easier. I still cry for my girls. I know how you feel. Like someone has punched you in the stomach and ripped your heart out. It will get better. It is a natural part of grieving. We have all been there. You don't think that you will ever get over it. I just think when I get sad of my beautiful girls running with all of thee boxers. I picture this. Can you imagine what that would look like. Nothing but boxers everywhere. Then I smile and know that my girls are with the best dogs in the whole wide world. I'll keep you in my prayers.

I am so sorry about Murphy :( Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Please don't forget he is out there free of pain and troubles, patiently waiting to meet you again. Maybe this thought makes you feel better. We will all meet the people and pets we love some time.

May God bess your family.
Godspeed Murphy.

Sarah,
I'm just now seeing this post for the first time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I actually read the first part, and had to get up because I was crying and needed a Kleenex.

Just think fondly of your Murphy playing at the bridge with all of the much loved Boxer babies that have gone before. Letting go is one of the hardest things to do, even though we know deep inside that they will be in a much better place.

Always remember that his pawprints will be in your heart forever & ever.

Sending ((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))) and my deepest sympathies to you.
