Well the Warrior Princess continues her fight....she continued to threw up until 12:50am. a very yellowy liquid substance (i assume bile) and has still not had a pee since Wed. evening. She did take some pedilyte at 6am. and 8:30 and has so far held that down so fingers crossed. If she isn't able to, we are going to have to take her in for an IV so she doesn't get too dehyrated. Her gums are definitely pink again this morning which I hope is a good sign and she is just resting comfortably on the bed. Brian canceled his flight this morning and will try again tomorrow which makes us all feel better. So far she doesn't appear to have any signs of swelling or bruising which is good, but I know all to well how quickly things can change. I am going to head into work for a bit since Brian was already scheduled off so he is going to stay home. Please keep the prayers coming and I hope to post some positive news soon

btw, now every morning when my kids get up they ask me, 'have you checked on Josi today?'... makes me smile to know they love your girl TOO... kids are so innocent and consumed by careless stuff like games, cartoons, and gameboys, and for them to ask me that just makes me think they have a heart for other things then just their favorite past-times...

Once again the Warrior Princess appears to be amazing us with her strength and will to fight and live. I left the house at about 9am. and she was still in bed with daddy not moving and sipping little bits of pedialyte. By the time I got to work, Brian was calling to say that she had not only gotten up on her own and walked to the back door, went outside and took over a 30 second pee, but returned back inside to gulp down more pedialyte. After she garnered her strength back from her trip outside he said she kept staring at her food bowl and into the kitchen so he brought over some chicken which she gobbled down as well. I am getting ready to go home for lunch soon and am so excited He said he just gave her a very small meal of rice and chicken which she cleaned the bowl and then proceeded to drink alot of water. I will keep my fingers and toes crossed that she is able to hold her stomach down and is once again on the road to temporary recovery. At the very least, I hope for Brian's sake that she is able to rally so he can go away for 24hrs. without feeling so guilty. I will post again after lunch...keep the prayers coming!!!
