i know you are a probably a nervous wreck so try to take care of yourself today. make a hot cup of tea...cuddle up with Josi and love her up!

Hang in there Miss Josi, we love you and we're pulling for you too ;) We continue to send our healing vibes and endless prayers from our corner of the world. There isn't a day that goes by that you are not in my thoughts, the same goes for you and Brian as well. You are both so strong it's no wonder she fights so hard, she has you guys to fight for. Chance sends gentle wiggles to Miss Josi and we hope it's just a minor setback and nothing major. Please give Miss Josi a kiss and a hug from us please and a hug for yourself as well :) Please let us know how the day goes.

You all are so sweet and your <<hugs>> are much appreciated. I am a wreck wondering if this one will be the one, but I am trying to stay focused on the now and just love and comfort her. I am having to back off on my smothering because with her labored breathing I don't want to take up all her air space. Her gums definitely have more color in them now and no coughing but her heart does appear to be racing. I can sit here watch her ribs going up and down at a very increased speed. She isn't panting at all, but she is having many quick breathes out her nose which I would assume is related to her heavy breathing. Brian ran up to work for a few hours to take care of some stuff while I am here and she is resting and he will be coming home at lunch and we will take it from there. I wish I had a crystal ball to see what lies ahead, but her body and the man upstairs know what is in store for her. I keep reminding her to fight until she can no longer and I know with her track record she will do just that. Thank you all again for being there us and I will post again soon...Does anyone have any suggestions of a position I should lay her in to help with her breathing? She is currently sprawled out on her right side

Oh, poor sweet Josi. I just think that maybe if you tried keeping her chest up would help. I'm thinking too that she will tell you if she's uncomfortable and would try to get in a comfortable position. I'm so sorry you have to go through this but you're both very strong and so is Ms. Josi. She is very lucky to have you both there with her to help her through this. She knows how much you love her and that is very comforting to her. Hugs to you both.

Daddy just came home for lunch and shared his usual peanut butter and jelly sandwich with Josi. We took her outside and she pee'd and poo'd and came back in and gobbled down her next meal. Her breathing appears to be a little better and she has found a sunspot on the carpet and has sprawled out to take a nap. I need to just leave her alone and let her rest and gather her energy to fight. We are praying this is another small bleed that she can recover from and I will continue to believe that and keep my thoughts positive that we will have another fun-filled weekend to enjoy:)
