Please pray for Josi

I can't sit around anymore, I'm pulling my hairs out. Although they may not have completed the ultrasound yet, I think Brian and I are going to head up there anyway to see her. I know she knows how much we love her, but I want her to know that I'm physically there. If she can and wants to fight somemore, she needs to know that I'm am right by her side. I know she most likely won't eat anything b/c when she was there in ICU for 5 days before she would never take anything I brought to her there, but then devoured a chicken breast when we got home...but I'm going to try just in case. They also said she hadn't drank water but that it fine b/c she is getting fluids. Well I know that regardless she does not like a dry mouth, so I will wet her gums and syringe her water if she so chooses. Just the little things that us parents know better than anyone else. I will update as soon as I know something else and thank you thank you so very much for all the continued prayers and hugs.

I am proud of you for staying strong for your sweet girl. I have been in your exact position before and it is very difficult. You cry, weep, try to do what is right and still feel helpless. Josi you are such a fighter let Mom know when you are tired of fighting. What a strong Warrior Princess and what a caring and loving Mom and Dad. It's great to know that other folks fill about their fur babies the same as I do. Because that are far too many people in this world that bail out right away.

I agree, you spend all of your time worrying, but you will know when the time is right. It is so very painstaking. You know, what is great about this site is that everyone here is pulling for you and Miss Josi as if we know y'all.

Miss Josi, just think about visiting you grandparents and possibly stealing a chicken breast, a good reason to go home.


ps: I still cry when I am by myself and hear the Foo Fighters "Everlong" because I remember getting all emotional when I heard it on the ride home from putting my first Rottie, Cazzi down so feel free to vent, even if just to us. :o
