We have been away and I just saw your initial post tonight. My hubby and I sat here holding hands reading this entire post with tears in our eyes squeezing each others hands with each post while Nestle layed on top of us.

We have huge smiles on our face after reading that Diamond is doing so much better.

We send you sloppy boxer smooches and you and Diamond are in our prayers.

I just caught this thread, and must admit that as I read the original post, I wasn't sure that I could follow it through, since the future looked quite bleak for Diamond.

I know how difficult those first few days must have been, and what an emotional roller coaster ride you experienced.

I am so glad that Diamond is much improved and the prognosis is so positive. Give her an extra hug for Indy, Ava, and me.

I just read this post - OMG what a roller coaster of emotions - - I am so happy Diamond is doing well. Lexie you stayed so brave through this whole thing and it must have been so very hard for you - - but as you said 'the power of prayer' is what got her (and you) through it.

OMG!I have just come in on the tail end of Diamond's ordeal!I have been on the edge of my seat with tears in my eyes....fearing for what that poor baby may go thru next!Boxers are tough little babies....so I know she'll pull through everything just fine.I am sending lots of hugs & kisses ya'lls way....you need them too for being such a great mom to Diamond!I am glad to hear she is on the road to recovery!And a Happy Belated Birthaday to Diamond!

YYYEEEAAAHHH!!! I pray she continues to improve and that you'll find a way to pay that bill! My vet is letting me pay Shayna's $50 a month. At that rate it wont be payed for 2 years but maybe yours will let you do that!

GREAT news!

Hey guys, Diamond is doing great today. She didn't even wake up sore this morning. She's out playing with the puppy which began last night. She does get tired easy and has to take breaks in between playtimes. I posted the pic, don't think it has been approved yet. All of the sudden last night she just wanted to play, started tugging at my house shoes. It's great to see her so happy and playful again, I can't even explain. She also took her last dose of medicines this morning! Thank you guys!
