i am so sorry to hear about Casey. I agree with everyone get a second opinion. try and find a more aggressive vet if you can. also, if you battle dehydration try giving pedialyte, that helps replenish her electrolytes.

Just caught your thread - I'm so sorry to hear about Casey. I hope your are able to get to the root of her illness soon. I would definitely go to another vet, the one you have doesn't seem to be too proactive to me.
