Hi, I was just wondering if there have been any updates with you boxer's condition. I searched the forum and found your topic...my boxer Winnie does the exact same thing. Seems as though she is doing something like a hiccup or like she is going to vomit, paces around the room, licks the floor (even licking up dirt and dog hair) until I take her outside where she eats grass. Sometimes she vomits, sometimes not. It happens once every few weeks or so. Since your boxer has been doing the same thing I wanted to see if you've had any success in finding the answer. Thanks!

Bailey did the same thing last night, right after his meal. Pacing, licking, gurgling. Let him out and he ate a heap of grass. Then after 2 hours threw up (and and tried to eat it of course).
Bit better this morning, still wanted to eat grass but seems ok now.
I gave him rice in his meal least night, which I haven't done for a few weeks, I thought it might be contributing to his itching, but since he's still itching...
So I think perhaps rice is no good. Maybe.
I'd be interested if anyone has been told something else.
